Top up/Ticket Vending Machines

Top up/ticket vending machines are equipped with touch screens providing top up Cards and purchase single trip tickets.

Every top up/ticket vending machine has a sticker which serves as a guide which can be used as a reference to explain how it operates.

Card top-up/deposit/add value

1. Touch the Screen
2. Select Top up Card top-up/deposit/add value
3. Place Top up Card in the sensor zone
4. Insert top up value cash
5. Collect Top up Card and receipt

Purchase single trip ticket

1. Touch the Screen
2. Select purchase single trip ticket
3. Select ticket fare and number of tickets
4. Insert cash
5. Collect single trip ticket and change

Automatic gates (Entry Station)

1. Passengers with single trip tickets or top up cards touch to sensor zone and enter when gates open.
2. Passengers with paper tickets such as group tickets please ask the Passenger Agent Office to open designated routes which bypass the automatic gates to enter.

Automatic gates (Exiting Station)

1. Passengers with Card touch to sensor zone and enter when gates open.
2. Passengers with single trip tickets touch to sensor zone first, then insert the single trip tickets into the recollecting port and exit once gates open.
3. Passengers holding paper tickets such as group tickets please ask the Passenger Agent Office to open designated routes which bypass the automatic gates to exit.

Passenger Agent office is located between the main entrance/exit and paid/unpaid area
